The following are some general guidelines to follow in the event of a claim:

| •If a crime was committed, report it to the police ASAP. Make sure to get the police report number, as well as the name of the police officer. |
| •Call your insurance broker immediately, with all appropriate information: date of incident, what happened, where it happened, etc. |
| •You will be contacted by an adjuster who will assist you with your claim. |
| •Make a list of all lost or damaged property, and take photos of any damage. This information should be forwarded to the adjuster. |
